At SUNJOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger freight items.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
